Registry cleaning is not as important as it once was in the Windows XP era. In inexpert hands, it can potentially do more harm than good.
It is still useful for experts, so perhaps it should be moved to the Tools menu so the experts can find it and the non-experts don’t assume it is an important aspect of PC maintenance.

Hi @Jacob Singer , there is a button that says ‘Fix selected Issues’. This will remove anything that isn’t needed. You can back up the Registry in case it causes any undesired behaviour, though this is uncommon.
