My problem was the message kept saying the name doesn’t match the licence number. So I was trying different ways of writing my name, it was however the licence code that was typed in wrong.
Moving forward would it be possible to get the error message to identify the problem more accurately? E.g ‘incorrect error code for that name‘ then I would of looked more closely at that.
